The good news:
The device works very well and is quite easy to use. Insert your SD card with disk images and then boot up and just select from the list. You can add multiple images "to memory" and the two buttons on the front of the device lets you switch at any time.
That way, if you have a number of games you enjoy playing, you can just have those disks saved at any time.

As far as I can tell, the amiga reads them 100% as it would the normal disk. This means any incompatibilities of the disks remain (for example old A500 games on your 1200). Speed also seems the same.

Basically, if you want to be able to use floppy images on your Amiga, this device does exactly what you need without the noise and mechanical unreliability of the real drive.

The bad news: Fitting it in a case is a minor hassle. I couldn't get it to quite fit and had to chop away at the casing to allow it to replace my floppy drive. I've seen people use it externally but you'll need to get longer cables to do so.

Conclusion: I really enjoy this device. It's stupid easy to use and while the need to load from an ADF isn't that common, there's examples where a game isn't available through WHDLOAD, a specific version of a game only exists on ADF (such as a trainer or specific cracked version) or even some new software being released only on disk images.
